Good Afternoon my food lusty friends. Here is that long awaited moment… my first post. I am going to periodically post some of my backlogged meals as I haven’t made anything worth taking a picture of all week.
So this one is a little busy - I know. I may have overdone it here but this is my cumin black pepper crusted swordfish on a bed of fennel canneloni bean ragout topped with sun dried tomato avocado salsa and basil chiffonade with a friendly side schmear of walnut parsley pesto. Firecracker Pants. That’s what I wanna call it.
I’m starting off with a !bang! just to get attention. My other posts won’t be nearly this pretty.
